Home-made Pizza & Rich Mud Chocolate Cake

Mummy tried out her first home-made pizza today for dinner.

Verdict - all finished by Daddy, Por Por and Jiu Jiu. Crust can be baked longer.

Two weeks ago, Mummy also baked a Rich Mud Chocolate Cake. Verdict - rich and moist. And most importanly the cake is firm. Yummy!!!

Mummy is happy to see that her baking is getting better. Hee.....

* The photo was taken half as mummy happily cut and distribute some to neighbour and packed some for office. So forgotten to take the whole cake.

Fluffy Curry Puff

Mummy went to visit Mai Po on Sun morning to learn Fluffy Curry Puff from Granduncle. Daddy went for the Safra run in the morning before meeting us at Mai Po's house.

Both of us jumping and dancing on Aunty Enen's bed. Ha!!! Aunty Enen and family were away on a Genting trip so Cousin Ayden was not around to "fight" with us. :)

Fireworks 2008

We went to watch the Fireworks 2008 at the Floating Platform on Friday night, Aug 22.

This is the 2nd time that I had an up close and personal view of the Fireworks. The first time I saw Fireworks was 2004 along the Singapore River on a cruise. And 2 years later, in a comfort zone at Marina Mandarin Hotel in 2006, that was Didi first time watching Fireworks. He was only around 8 months old.

So, it seems like every two year, we will watch Fireworks celebration.

However, this year we had a bad experience at the floating platform. 1st - they refused entry for us as we need 4 tickets for 4 seats instead of 3 tickets for 4 people. 2nd - after the show, leaving the place was a nightmare as everybody crowded at the walkway and it was like a bottleneck that everyone cannot move.

Conclusions - Go for comfort zone place eg. Hotel with a nice view.

High School Musical Ice Tour

Yeah!!! Finally the High School Musical Ice Tour is here.

We went to the show on Sun, 10 Aug, for the 4pm show. It was kind of rush as we went to visit grandaunty (Alicia's por por) at Bedok before going for the show. But lucky we managed to catch the opening just in time.

Por Por watched with us as Daddy was out of town. Por Por commented that the show is nice and she likes the songs and dances. Wow!!! Even Por Por also enjoyed.
This is the first time I saw Anna so engrossed in a live musical show. She stands most of the time while watching the show instead of sitting down.

Happy National Day

Happy 43rd Birthday to Singapore.

Today we went to Aunty Ming's house to see Baby Joian and then went to Jiu Jiu's house for dinner. This is the first time we had a family dinner at Jiu Jiu's new house with Por Por and Gong Gong.

Cakes

Mummy baked two cakes in the afternoon after the school event. We continued to stay in the school after the sport event, so that mummy can has some time for her peaceful baking.

1st Sport Event

We had our first sport event at Cherie Hearts on 08 Aug 2008. Daddy and Mummy took leave to attend this event with us.

I got my first Medal at Cherie Hearts for the Stilt Walking Competition. Our Yellow Team was the champion within the K2 class.

It was a great event as every children received a little present and a Singapore flag. Everyone is a winner at the sport event.

We performed some dances and songs before the event. Daddy was amazed that I can sing and dance so well as compare to music lesson at Yamaha. Hee... it was because I was not shy with all my friends around me.

We attended Uncle Sidney and Jie Jie Laverne was engaged on Sun, 3 Aug, at Paya Lebar Methodist Church. Uncle Sidney was daddy's cousin.
