Bangkok 2008 - Day Five, Six & Seven (Final)

We began our firth day at the hotel's swimming pool. It was great feeling at the pool after few days of tiring walking. After the swim, we head straight to Platinum Shopping Centre and followed by dinner at Baiyoke Sky Hotel. This is our favourite dining place. It has a very nice view of the city too.

The photos below were taken at Central World shopping centre which is about 5-10 minutes walk from our hotel. As you can see from the photos, we were having fun with Daddy outside the mall.

On Day Seven which is also our last day in Bangkok, we visited Fedex office there. Mummy met her colleague in office and we took a group photo before rushing back to hotel. We also booked a 7 seater car recommended by the tour agent and it was big enough to fit all our extra large and over-weight lagguage. Along the way to airport, it was raining like cats and dogs and we saw few flooded areas. Well, we finally reached Bangkok airport and board the plane back to our Home Sweet Home.

That's the end of our family trip to Thailand 2008. This is also our second year there. It was really good feeling shopping in Bangkok because it was value for money. Mummy and daddy had accomplished their mission to get all they wanted for gifts. Of course they also got few good buys on clothings especially daddy's favourite sports apparels. As for me, i also managed to buy all the goodies for my birthday and overall WE all enjoyed this family trip very much. P/S: Mummy is hoping that we will come back again in 2009 (3rd year in a roll) for our shopping spree again.

Cherie Hearts Year-end Concert 2008

We had a joint year-end concert with two other CH centers in Tampines at Tampines East Community Club.

I had a surprise for daddy & mummy as I was chosen by Ms Chua to present a token of appreciation to CH Co-founder on that day.

Daddy video most of our performances instead of taking photos. My dear Didi cried while he was on stage. Only family members get to watch this exclusive video :)

Christmas Party @ Cherie Hearts

We had a Christmas Party tomorrow at school and mummy baked some cookies for the party.

Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Today mummy tried her first Chewy Chocolate Cookies.

The taste was there but the cookies get spread out wide easily in the oven. Mummy thinks it was due to the oven temperature too hot.

Let's try again next time.

Happy Birthday - Uncle Henry

We had a small birthday celebration for Uncle Henry at our house on Thurday night - Dec 11, 2008.

Ah Mai cooked her usual Mee Sua Mince Pork soup for everyone and Daddy bought a small cake for celebration. Me and did were so excited when Uncle Henry blows the candle.

Cherie Hearts Annual Graduation 2008

My final year at Cherie Hearts is a grand annual graduation at Catholic Junior College. It was a combine celebration with all the other Cherie Hearts Childcares on Dec 6, 2008. Our class had a performance on Indian dance - Festival of Lights.

Before the start of the concert, mummy sneaked into the dressing area to look for me and managed to take a photo of me wearing the gown.

Bangkok 2008 - Day Four

Our last day at Pattaya. We checked out our hotel and took a long journey down to Dream World theme park. We spent the whole day there and had the most fun there.

Bangkok 2008 - Day Three - Part II

After a hot day at Coral beach, we went back to Pattaya for lunch and return back to hotel to washed up. We took a short nap and rest before we head down to Nong Nooch Orchid Garden for a elephant and Thai traditional performance.

Bangkok 2008 - Day Three - Part I

Pattaya ... here we come. It was an early morning and we took a slow ferry to Pattaya coral beach. The beach look similar to Phuket and and we enjoyed playing the sand on the beach. We also took a local style glass-bottom boat and go across the clear water where we can see various types of coral reefs species of tropical fishes swimming arond.

Daddy took few photos of while mummy and po po busy with shopping for clothes.

Tooth Fariy Musical Play

Yesterday I went to watch Tooth Fairy Musical Play with Cousin Ashley, Aunty Eve and Uncle Stanely and.... my dear mummy. :)

Thank You Aunty Eve for treating me to this play as my birthday present. :)

It was fun casual and relax afternoon at Drama Arts Centre.

Birthday Celebration in School

I had my birthday celebration in school on Nov 27. As usual, mummy took leave to celebrate for me with my friends.

I had chosen a Strawberry Shortcake for my school party. This is my first time and last time celebrating in school with Didi as I will be going to Primary 1 next year :)

After the school party, we went back home early and mummy let us play at the Exercise Playground.
